Free shipping applies to all orders over ₹2999.
We currently ship within India only.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress.
Returns & Exchanges
Because we carefully quality-check every piece before it ships, we accept returns only in cases where an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product. In these cases, please contact us within 2–3 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
To start a return, reach out through our Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible — this helps us resolve it quickly.
We're currently unable to accept returns for change-of-mind, sizing, or style preference, so please review product details carefully before ordering. If you have any questions about a piece before you buy, feel free to reach out first.
Caring for Your Jewelry
To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and other chemicals where possible
- While our pieces are water-resistant, we'd still suggest removing jewelry before swimming or long showers
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear
- Store pieces separately to avoid scratching against one another
